Children, 12 and older, are welcome to participate providing a parent or guardian accompanies, and supervises, them.

Project: A Prayer Walk Combined with 2nd Floor Demolition. We will focus on cleaning out, and tearing out of ceilings and walls, old appliances and other debris. You should come dressed and prepared for physical labor in an unheated space. Stairs are involved. Parking will be on-street parking. At this time the location does not have functioning restrooms on site.

Meal: Lunch break is typically a 45 minute break and is provided. Generally its pizza or something similar. We do not have the capability to accommodate unique diet plans or diet restrictions. You are welcome to bring your own food and cooler. Water is provided. There are a variety of restaurants within a 20 to 30 minute drive of our location. You are also welcome to contact a restaurant such as Chipotle or Chik-Fil-A to place your own group or individual order at your expense. We would be most happy to guide you as to what is available in the area for group ordering. Door Dash also delivers to this area.
Comments: The Metanoia Center will provide eye protection, gloves and face masks. Please bring hammers, crow bars, mini crow bars, screw drivers, chisels, hand saws, snips, needle nose pliers and standard pliers, channel locks and any other tools you feel will be helpful. Debris will be carried down the stairs and lifted into a waiting dump truck. You are welcome to purchase tools to donate for other future teams to use. The Metanoia Center is happy to receipt you for tax purposes for any tools, materials and supplies you purchase and donate.
